Refund Policy
We want you to be confident engaging us. This policy explains when and how refunds apply to our services.

Professional fees
If we have not yet started work on your engagement, you may cancel for a full refund of professional fees paid. Once work has begun, refunds are pro-rated to reflect the work completed.
Government and statutory fees
Fees paid to government portals and authorities (for example, ROC, GST, trademark or licence fees) are non-refundable once submitted, as these are charged by the respective department, not by Plus & Minus.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, write to support@plusandminus.in with your engagement details. We aim to review and respond to refund requests within 7 working days.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period, subject to your bank or payment provider's timelines.
